T wo Lake Regional Health System clinics recently relocated to improve access for our patients. Lake Regional Heart and Vascular Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon Charles Canver, M.D., FACS, and Cardiologist Zubair Khan, M.D., FACC, of Lake Regional Heart and Vascular, have moved within the hospital. Their new location, Suite 220, is on Lake Regional’s second floor, near the Laboratory. Patients should use the Emergency Department entrance and the North elevator to reach the clinic. Lake Regional Pulmonology Lake Regional Pulmonology providers Joe Sohal, M.D., FCCP, and Cira Monnig, FNP, have moved to Suite 225 (formerly Lake Regional Heart and Vascular). Patients should use the hospital’s main entrance and East elevators to reach the second floor. This new location moves the clinic closer to pulmonary function testing, also on the second floor.
