Your doctor is just a click away with a virtual visit using your computer, cellphone or other mobile device. You don’t have to travel anywhere, and you can main- tain your social distance from others. What to expect Your provider will ask you about your symptoms. They might have you take your temperature and talk you through taking your pulse. Follow these tips to help your visit go more smoothly. • Hold the camera at eye level. • Make sure your volume is turned on. • Try out your microphone before the visit. • Close other programs you won’t need during the visit. • Find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. • Have your provider’s phone number with you in case your connection goes down.
