SPOTLIGHT COMMUNITY Great news for Lebanon! Lake Regional now offers primary care and walk-in care in Lebanon. Lake Regional Clinic – Lebanon and Lake Regional Express Care – Lebanon both opened Sept. 4 at 441 W. Elm St., in the same building as Lake Regional Occupational Medicine – Lebanon. Providers are Laura Seaman, FNP-C; Meg DeMuri, PA-C; Valerie Donnelson, PA-C; and Mitch Bartley, D.O. Learn more about all of the Lebanon clinics’ services at lakeregional.com/lebanon . LEARNING TO GIVE BACK Each summer, Lake Regional welcomes a team of junior volunteers to the hospital. The volunteers help with a variety of tasks, from delivering mail to welcoming patients. The program introduces teenagers to the rewards of volunteer work and gives them an opportunity to make their community a better place. MAKING FITNESS FUN Lake Regional’s 11th annual Fun Run/Walk held May 5 at the hospital drew 231 runners and walkers. The event raised funds for the Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation program, while encouraging the community to set fitness goals. SUPPORTING AMAZING MOMS Lake Regional Family Birth Center hosts Amazing MOMS Take Five, a support group for breastfeeding mothers, at 10 a.m. the first Wednesday of each month. Lactation consultant Annie Havner, R.N., IBCLC, leads the group and invites mothers to have their babies weighed, ask questions, share concerns and interact with other breastfeeding mothers. Pictured are Havner and Foster Earp, who attended the July meeting with his mother, Tierney. SERVING LEBANON Lake Regional was a proud sponsor of Lebanon’s Our Town, Your Town Festival on June 16. Pictured are Rachel Bailey, Lebanon clinic manager, and Mitch Shields, community liaison.
